Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Saskatoon team. You will be responsible for assisting customers with bookings, insurance claims, and service inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Schedule appointments for windshield repair and replacement services
- Assist customers with insurance claims and documentation
- Provide accurate quotes and service information
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain customer records and update internal systems
- Process payments and invoices as required
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required (autoglass or automotive experience is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling or CRM systems
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
