We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our industrial manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders, coordinating billing, and ensuring accurate order entry within the system. The ideal candidate has experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment and is comfortable supporting customers, internal teams, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.

  • Enter and process customer orders, pricing, and billing accurately.

  • Provide product availability, lead times, and order status updates.

  • Resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and billing concerns.

  • Maintain accurate customer and order records in the system.

  • Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in customer service within manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments.

  • Strong order entry and billing experience with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or order management systems experience is an asset.
