Customer Service (Work From Home)

Main Responsibilities & Highlights:

As a Telephone Interviewer, you will conduct outbound telephone computer-assisted surveys and accurately record responses into a computer database.

Requirements:

Initial training will be conducted remotely via Zoom. Proficiency in English (written and spoken), strong verbal communication skills, competent typing and computer skills, and availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, preferably 5 shifts (Monday through Friday) are essential. You should have excellent phone etiquette, a friendly telephone personality, and access to a cell phone or landline with no long-distance charges, as well as high-speed internet and a personal computer/laptop (Windows 7, 10/Apple).

Working Hours:

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Term: Starts ASAP until the end of April 2024

Wage:

Ontario: $19.00 per hour Manitoba: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
