Do you have an Indigenous background and are seeking a remote customer service role? Staffmax is partnering with our client in Toronto, ON, to recruit dedicated individuals for the position of Telephone Interviewers. No sales, collections, or soliciting involved! Main Responsibilities & Highlights: As a Telephone Interviewer, you will conduct outbound telephone computer-assisted surveys and accurately record responses into a computer database. Requirements: Initial training will be conducted remotely via Zoom. Proficiency in English (written and spoken), strong verbal communication skills, competent typing and computer skills, and availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, preferably 5 shifts (Monday through Friday) are essential. You should have excellent phone etiquette, a friendly telephone personality, and access to a cell phone or landline with no long-distance charges, as well as high-speed internet and a personal computer/laptop (Windows 7, 10/Apple). Working Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Term: Starts ASAP until the end of April 2024 Wage: Ontario: $19.00 per hour Manitoba: $17.00-$18.00 per hour If you meet the requirements and are eager to join a remote customer service team, apply today with Staffmax.
