Customer Service and Promotions Representative

In this role, you will be responsible for accompanying deliveries, logging important information, and assisting with customer service and promotional activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Walk for 15 minutes to accompany deliveries and assist with delivery-related tasks.
• Log important information related to deliveries, customer interactions, and promotions.
• Handle customer service inquiries, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
• Support promotional activities, ensuring that customers are informed and engaged.
• Maintain accurate records of customer feedback, transactions, and promotional success.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure promotions are effectively executed.
