Staffmax is hiring the next Customer Success Manager for our client in the Medical SaaS space. They are a global, private equity backed organization. 

As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility entails nurturing robust relationships with our esteemed clients. Understanding their business requisites, you'll assist in leveraging our SaaS solutions to achieve their goals. Acting as the key liaison between clients and our company, your role ensures a seamless customer journey, encourages product adoption, and propels revenue growth.

Duties Overview:
• Serve as the main contact for all client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Educate clients on the advantages and functionality of our solutions to optimize their usage.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional SaaS products/services.
• Formulate account plans and strategies to bolster client retention and satisfaction.
• Lead client-focused marketing endeavors within the SMB B2C space, specifically targeting aesthetic medical practices.
• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their requirements and execute their digital marketing strategy.
• Provide monthly reports on account performance, offering insightful analysis, recommendations, and opportunities to meet goals and KPIs.
• Work with graphic designers to interpret client needs, translating them into unique and trend-aligned landing pages.
• Ensure accurate, effective, on-budget, and timely execution of projects/campaigns.

Your Profile: • Possess 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS company. • Hold a university or college diploma in marketing or a related field. • Exhibit clear and astute communication skills coupled with strong critical thinking abilities. • Demonstrate high empathy towards customers, with a proven record of long-term customer retention. • Proficiency in Paid Search, Display, and Remarketing is preferred. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Social and Marketing Automation is beneficial. • Showcase a positive demeanor and thrive in managing accounts and marketing activities. • Capable of handling multiple client needs in a fast-paced environment.
