Staffmax is assisting their client, who is amongst the fastest growing technology company in Canada and amongst the fastest growing company in North America to find their Customer Success Manager.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, understanding their business needs, and helping them leverage our SaaS solutions to achieve their objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the client and our company, ensuring a seamless customer experience, promoting product adoption, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • · Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • · Educate clients on the features and benefits of our solutions to optimize their usage.
  • · Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional SaaS products or services.
  • · Formulate account plans and strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
  • · Take the lead on client marketing initiatives within the SMB B2C space, particularly focusing on aesthetic medical practices.
  • · Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and implement their digital marketing strategy.
  • · Provide monthly reporting on account performance, delivering insightful analysis, recommendations, and opportunities to meet goals and KPIs.
  • · Work closely with graphic designers to convey client needs and visions, contributing to the creation of unique and trend-aligned landing pages.
  • · Ensure the accurate, effective, and timely execution of projects/campaigns within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

  • · Demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS company.
  • · Hold a university or college diploma in marketing or a related field.
  • · Exhibit clear and thoughtful communication skills coupled with strong critical thinking abilities.
  • · Display a high level of empathy towards customers, with a proven track record of achieving long-term customer retention.
  • · Preferably possess comprehensive knowledge in Paid Search, Display, and Remarketing.
  • · Have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Social and Marketing Automation.
  • · Possess a positive personality and enjoy taking the lead in initiating, directing, and managing accounts, including planning and marketing activities.
  • · Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively balance the needs of a diverse portfolio of clients simultaneously.
