                        Staffmax is seeking a friendly, solutions-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our client’s team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you'll be the voice of the company, helping customers with their questions and concerns while delivering a positive and professional experience every time.

Location: Vancouver, BC 
What You’ll Be Doing:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies 
	
	 - 
	
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail 
	
	 - 
	
Document interactions and update internal systems and records 
	
	 - 
	
Work with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex issues 
	
	 - 
	
Recommend products or services based on customer needs 
	
  
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or help desk environment 
	
	 - 
	
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills 
	
	 - 
	
Ability to remain patient, professional, and helpful—especially under pressure 
	
	 - 
	
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools 
	
	 -
