Staffmax is seeking a friendly, solutions-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our client’s team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you'll be the voice of the company, helping customers with their questions and concerns while delivering a positive and professional experience every time.

Contract Length: 6 Months 
Location: Toronto, ON

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail

  • Document interactions and update internal systems and records

  • Work with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex issues

  • Recommend products or services based on customer needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or help desk environment

  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to remain patient, professional, and helpful—especially under pressure

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools

  • A positive, team-oriented mindset and a commitment to customer satisfaction
