Description:
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their team as a Data Entry / Customer Service Representative on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into their systems and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

Start: Asap
Term: 2 months possibly longer
Wage:$23/hr
Shift:8 am to 4:30 pm Mon to Fri in office

Responsibilities 
• Accurately input customer information into the new system during the transition process 
• Support order entry into the Transportation Management System (TMS) for all Western sites. 
• Assist with customer service tasks, serving both internal and external customers. 
• Perform filing, document scanning, and organization of paperwork. 
• Receive and respond promptly to customer orders and inquiries. 

Qualifications 
• Proven experience in data entry. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. 
• Excellent typing skills and a strong command of the English language. 

Working Conditions:  
• Primarily sedentary, with a focus on attention to detail in a collaborative team environment.
