We are currently searching for knowledgeable and experienced geologists to work within Alberta's Oil and Gas Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate drilling programs for Vertical and Horizontal wells
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations for both management and colleague review
- Give geological expertise with regard to acquisition and development of hydrocarbon accumulations
- Evaluate geological, geophysical, engineering and production data
- Coordinating and optimize field development activities
- Aid the Company’s Merger & Acquisition (M&A) activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of geological experience within the Oil and Gas industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Geology or Geological Engineering from a recognized institution
- Experience within the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin in conventional oil and gas and heavy oil
