Staffmax is assisting our client in Toronto for a Digital Product Consultant - Digital Banking. This is a Full time Permanent role. Location- Toronto, ON Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have the following core assets and experiences: · 18+ years experience in the corporate digital banking (cash management) domain, working for financial software vendor(s) and/or for bank(s) · Graduate / Master’s Degree: Computer Science, Mathematics, Business / Banking, Management or related disciplines · Proven domain expertise in corporate digital cash management, and working with large clients in key digital transformations · Global experience in other markets like Europe, Asia and ANZ would be an added plus · Extensive knowledge in client solutioning and dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels · Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability and appetite to demonstrate any solution positioning from general overview to product demos to deep-dive business cases tailored to specific clients · Participate in, and where necessary, own activities for sales pursuits and related tasks, including but not limited to strategic opportunity discussions, proposal preparations, client presentations and demos, go-to-market planning, etc. · Keen in establishing senior level business relationships and developing new business · Open to travel as necessary (subject to Covid restrictions as applicable) Responsibilities · Work closely with sales / engagement to support initial door opening conversations and continued business opportunities with respect to cross / up sell, version upgrades, high level solution pitches, value propositions, etc. Participate in the qualification process and in the delivery of RFI/RFP responses Engage with the client business and IT teams to understand business requirements and pain points, and define the target solution leveraging Intellect product capability Present the value proposition and demonstrate the solution to customers, partners and prospects Participate and engage in identified market building events, conferences, etc., as a domain SME Development of thought leadership content on an ongoing basis Provide structured and ongoing feedback and inputs to the product team on new requirements and market trends Position Intellect products against competitors’ strategies, highlighting unique selling points Work collaboratively and closely with the sales, product management and services teams Keep up with market evolutions and internal product roadmap and deliveries.
