Staffmax is hiring numerous Administrative Assistants to work at our client's office in Mississauga.

The Details:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday with start times between 7:00 and 9:00 AM, 8 or 8.5 hour days
  • Term: 6 months with possible extension
  • Location: Mississauga, ON
  • Wage: $22.00/hour plus vacation pay
  • $500 bonus after 6 months on the condition of strong attendance and performance
  • Will assist the Disability Case Managers with calls, correspondence, scheduling, tracking, and database management

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years’ high volume administrative experience
  • Experience with insurance, human resources, finance, billings, etc highly desired
  • Comfortable with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • experience with PeopleSoft and ServiceNow an asset
  • Bilingual English and French both oral and written preferred
  • Must be fully vaccinated
  • Must be located in Mississauga as a return to office is planned
  • Can start as soon as July 18th or July 25th
