Core Values consist of Always Doing Our Best, Doing the Right Thing, Respect and Innovation Responsibilities • Prepare daily paperwork, organize crew folders, and ensure all jobs are accurately scheduled. • Dispatch crews, confirm start times, and ensure they leave with the correct equipment. • Coordinate with the Mechanic and management on truck inspections, issues, and repair planning. • Track attendance, time sheets, crew hours, and warehouse project hours. • Print and organize next-day orders; ensure all required forms and files are complete. • Add same-day or last-minute jobs and create work orders as needed. • Schedule and monitor DA, 3rd-party, container, and specialty orders. • Book labour, hotels, and permits for out-of-town assignments. • Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure capacity and workflow readiness. • Troubleshoot issues such as mechanical problems, job cancellations, or scope changes. • Verify all incoming paperwork (BOLs, inventory, container seals, exception sheets) for accuracy. • Plan special runs including Hydro deliveries, Xerox routes, SCI orders, and project-based trips.
