Job Description

Staffmax is currently hiring for the Government of Canada at their location in downtown Toronto! Those hired will be completing clerical tasks and inputting sensitive information into their internal system.

Tasks involved will be contributing to the digitalization of Government documents to help current staff that is working from home as well as those they are assisting. This is a 3 month contract with possibility of going permanent.

Job Functions

  • Scan confidential documents and format to PDF files
  • Retrieve files from archives
  • Meet strict formatting requirements
  • Data entry
  • Work in a fast paced environment

Requirements

  • Reliability Clearance an asset, must be willing to complete
  • High School or Equivalent
  • Prior Admin / Clerical experience

Contract length: 3 months

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: $14.75-$15.00 per hour
