Staffmax is recruiting a Driver / Logistics Lead on behalf of one of our valued clients, its a a locally loved brand known for artisan ice cream and cheeses available across Western Canada. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for someone dependable and team-oriented.
About the Role
As the Driver / Logistics Lead, you’ll play an important part in ensuring products get where they need to go—between the store, kitchen, warehouse, and wholesale customers. This role is steady, purposeful work in a company that values trust, clarity, and teamwork.
Position Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Location: 390 Osborne Street, Winnipeg, MB

Compensation: $20/hour

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently transport products between store, kitchen, warehouse, and wholesale customers.

Handle product loading/unloading; lift and move boxes as needed.

Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure timely distribution.

Support warehouse and logistics operations when not driving.

Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Ability to lift and move boxes.

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Previous delivery or logistics experience an asset.
