Staffmax, along with our client in Winnipeg, is seeking an ERP Applications Specialist.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled ERP Applications Specialist who operates at the intersection of technology and business. This role plays a key part in maintaining, enhancing, and continuously improving enterprise ERP systems that support core operations. A major focus will be supporting the transition from Epicor to Infor within the next year, offering hands-on involvement in a significant ERP transformation.

What You’ll Do
- Manage, optimize, and support enterprise ERP applications
- Support Epicor system while contributing to Infor implementation and transition
- Configure ERP systems to align with business requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and production issues
- Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality control
- Support upgrades, integrations, patches, and data migrations
- Develop reports, dashboards, workflows, and custom solutions
- Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Support multiple business functions including finance, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Lead and support ERP-related projects, including planning, coordination, and execution of project activities
- Apply project management principles to ensure timely delivery of system enhancements and implementation milestones
- Participate in after-hours support as required
What You Bring
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (certifications an asset)
- 5+ years of experience in ERP, application support, or systems roles
- Project management experience in ERP or system implementation projects is required
- Experience with Epicor and/or Infor (ERP transition experience preferred)
- Strong SQL, C#, Microsoft SQL Server (SSMS, SSRS) skills
- Experience with Power BI / Microsoft Power Platform (asset)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Work Environment
- Onsite role in Winnipeg with flexibility
