Pay and Perks:
- $60-85,000/yr

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain quality standards and inspection criteria to ensure product and process integrity.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) to eliminate defects.

Oversee incoming material inspections, in-process quality checks, and final product audits to maintain consistency.

Collaborate with suppliers to manage and improve supplier quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Implement and monitor ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other quality management systems.

Lead failure analysis, process validation, and continuous improvement projects.

Define and manage Critical to Quality (CTQ) criteria to align with customer and regulatory requirements.

Integrate automated quality inspection systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Perform data analysis to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and areas for quality enhancement.

Utilize statistical tools and quality metrics to drive informed decision-making.

Train team members on quality control best practices and ensure alignment with quality standards.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

3-5 years in quality engineering, manufacturing, or process improvement.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Six Sigma, Lean methodologies.

Proficiency in FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, inspection, and auditing.

Experience using statistical tools for quality control and decision-making.
