Intake Coordinator – Workplace Benefits & Retirement

Pay Rate: $17–$20 per hour

Job Summary
The Intake Coordinator supports the Workplace Benefits and Retirement team by serving as the first point of contact for incoming requests. This role is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and routing benefits- and retirement-related inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and a high level of client service.
Key Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming requests related to workplace benefits and retirement plans

Review applications, forms, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness

Log, track, and update cases in internal systems

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests

Communicate with clients, plan members, and stakeholders via phone and email

Follow up on missing or incomplete information

Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets
Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in intake, administration, customer service, or benefits-related roles

Knowledge of workplace benefits, pension plans, or retirement services is an asset

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office and case management systems

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
