Event Sales Staff – Ottawa Titans Game

Location: Coventry Road, Ottawa, ON

Pay: $20/hour + Tips

Position Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Event Sales Staff to support an upcoming Ottawa Titans baseball game.

This is a high-energy, physically active role. Team members will work throughout the stadium stands and seating areas, carrying products, engaging with guests, calling out available items, and processing sales throughout the game.

Please note: This position is not for beer/alcohol sales. Candidates will be selling other beverage products and must be comfortable working in a cashless environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Walk throughout stadium stands and seating areas during the game.
• Sell beverage products directly to guests.
• Carry products for the majority of the shift.
• Proactively approach and engage with customers.
• Speak confidently, loudly, and clearly in a busy environment.
• Process customer payments using tap/debit/credit payment methods.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout the event.
• Follow all event, stadium, and safety procedures.
• Continue working until the game/event concludes, as required.

Requirements

• Comfortable working on your feet and walking for extended periods.
• Able to carry products throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a busy, crowded stadium environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable approaching guests.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must be available for the full event shift.

Dress Code

Candidates must wear:

• Plain black T-shirt or black polo
• Black pants or black shorts (shorts must be appropriate length)
• No jeans or ripped clothing
• Closed-toe shoes/runners
• No Crocs, slides, sandals, or similar footwear
• Neutral-coloured footwear is preferred

Compensation

$20/hour + tips

Tips are split among the Staff Shop team and are direct deposited approximately 1–2 weeks after the event.

The facility is expected to be cashless, with payments processed electronically.

Important Note

This is a one-day assignment with a short timeline. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced sporting-event environment and performing physically active duties throughout the game.
