Job Overview:
Staffmax is working with our client, a PR Agency to hire enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Representatives to support our client’s "Food Truck Takeover" campaign in the heart of Vancouver. This unique event will provide downtown employees with a free meal from local food trucks every Wednesday in September, encouraging them to take a break and enjoy the outdoors. As a Brand Representative, you’ll play a key role in engaging with the public, handing out postcards, and ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience.
Responsibilities:

Engage with guests and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere at Robson Square.
Wear provided company branded t-shirts, paired with plain black pants and closed-toe shoes.
Represent the brand with a professional, presentable appearance.
Distribute “thank you” postcards to people in the surrounding area.
Answer questions about the event and guide guests around Robson Square using provided key messages.
Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor throughout the event.

Requirements:

Experience in customer service, retail, or the food industry is highly preferred.
Must be outgoing, bubbly, and capable of creating a fun and engaging environment.
Comfortable standing and interacting with guests for the duration of the event.
Ability to communicate key event messages clearly and confidently.
Punctuality and professionalism are essential.
