Staffmax is currently looking for an Executive Assistant/Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This person will be assisting with the day-to-day of our President and Vice President, while also ensuring that marketing operations run smoothly.

Where: Winnipeg

When: Monday to Friday, hours TBD

Balance of duties: 75% executive assistant duties, 25% marketing duties

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with managing schedules for the executive team
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the President as required
  • Organize, plan, and prepare for meetings, including documents required
  • Liaise with vendors and salespeople on behalf of the executive team
  • Coordinate trade show and travel arrangements
  • Assist with the creation and deployment of marketing activities including collateral, social media, and attending trade shows/other events as a Staffmax representative
  • Maintain various records and documents for the executives

Who You Are:

  • A creative self-starter who isn’t shy and takes initiative
  • Experience with assisting managers/owners/executives
  • Understands and enjoys tight deadlines and challenges
  • Computer savvy with sound MS Office skills, experience with programs like HubSpot and Canva a huge asset
  • Excellent time management and delegation skills
  • Team player who has strong relationship building skills
  • Professional written and oral communication skills in English, French bilingual an asset
  • Thrives on pressure and teamwork
