Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is currently looking for a receptionist to join their client’s executive office located in downtown Winnipeg!
What’s the Role: You will be the first impression to the executive department. The successful candidate will provide reception and general administrative support to the Building Facilities Department, while ensuring the professional representation of the company.
Where: Downtown Winnipeg – Broadway & Main
When: Monday to Friday – 8:00AM to 4:30PM
Wage/Salary: $23 to $26.00 – pending experience
Job Type: Contract with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate

What You’ll Do:
Switchboard Operator – Answer & direct incoming calls
Help manage contracts and company parking
Booking flights, and hotel accommodations as needed
Prepare correspondence to staff – Re: building notices, giveaways, events, etc.
Prepare & organize invoices for payment
Other duties as assigned
