Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Worker to join our aluminum factory team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with machines in a factory setting, specifically handling aluminum materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery used in the production of aluminum products.
- Monitor machines for proper operation and make adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work area.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with the setup and calibration of machines for different production runs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a factory or machine operation role preferred.
- Familiarity with aluminum processing and related machinery is a plus.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs pounds and stand for extended periods.
