Fashion Sales & Styling Consultant

Staffmax is hiring on behalf of a well-established women’s fashion boutique in Edmonton for a confident, sales-driven Fashion Sales & Styling Consultant who is truly passionate about clothing, accessories, and personal style.

This is a relationship-focused sales role where you’ll inspire confidence, build loyal clientele, and drive results through personalized styling and consultative selling. If fashion excites you and sales motivates you, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Create meaningful one-on-one styling and sales experiences
Build strong client relationships and repeat business
Confidently recommend outfits and accessories
Drive key sales metrics and achieve performance goals
Stay engaged and proactive on the sales floor

Store Hours
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Who You Are
Passionate about fashion and styling
Outgoing, confident, and sales-minded
Goal-driven and motivated by incentives
Strong communicator and team player
Retail or sales experience is an asset
