Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is currently assisting our Fast Food Restaurant client seeking to immediately hire a Store Manager.
1 year experience in an Manager role fast paced restaurant/fast food environment
OR
2 years experience in an Assistant Manager role in a fast-paced restaurant/fast food environment
Duties:
- Meeting operational expectations, budgets, expenses etc.
- Maintaining high quality standards
- Serving customers
- Motivating staff members
- Scheduling and handling inventory
- Delegating tasks to employees and making sure they are carried out accordingly
- Recruiting and interviewing potential employees
- Ensuring smooth transition of new employees in the company
- Effective merchandizing
- Organizing promotions
- Ensure good team delivery of customer service
Skills Needed:
- Have the ability to lead a team
- Able to lead and motivate
- Good communication and person skills
- Possess the commitment to work in a customer service field
- Strong motivator
- Able to work at a fast pace
- Able to be on their feet for extended periods of time
- Strong leadership skills

Compensation and Perks:
- $39-42,000 per year DOQ
- Quarterly bonus up to 10%

Hours:
- 5am -11pm 7 days a week flexibility
- 45 hours per week (9 hour shifts)
