Field Service Technician

Staffmax is hiring an experienced agricultural Field Service Technician for immediate placement with our client who is in the sales, repairs and services of quality agricultural equipment product lines. Customers are top priority, therefore the Technician will uphold pride and expertise in the quality of work, and ensure to exceed customers expectations including timely delivery of services. This position is for the Brandon location.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Professionally repair heavy agricultural equipment products

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with diagnostic tools

• Generate detailed reports of repairs and services.

• Effectively communicate accurately and timely with customers and team members.

• Work safely, follow and promote the company policies on environment, health and safety.

Qualifications:

• Highly safety conscious with a positive attitude and strong commitment to customer service.

• Valid Class 5 (Class 3 preferred) drivers license with a clean drivers abstract

• High Mechanical and electrical aptitude with experience repairing agricultural equipment

• Licensed, with proven industry experience (AGCO/CLAAS preferred)

• Great sense of urgency and ability to multitask

• Intermediate working computer knowledge and experience is an asset

• Outstanding work ethics with on-time and quality delivery

• Willingness to work flex shifts to support business growth

• Team player with the desire to grow

Salary:

• $41.04-$43.55 per hour (depending on qualification and experience)
• Travel allowance/per diem pay (for remote jobs)
