Staffmax is assisting our client in Borden, Ontario for two (2) Financial Clerks to assist in processing financial information in various forms (written, electronic & verbal).
***YOU MUST HAVE CURRENT RELIABILITY CLEARANCE***
Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm, 7.5 hr days
Term: August 29, 2022 to March 31th, 2023.
What You’ll Do:
- Financial Data Entry
- Admin/Clerical Support
- Document tracking
- Filing & file maintenance
- Switchboard/phone systems
- Other duties as assigned
Who You Are:
- you have current reliability security clearance
- Someone with strong attention to detail
- Someone who can multi-task
- You have strong communication written & oral
- You are a problem solver
Bonus if you have:
- experience with office equipment, such as photocopier & fax
- you’re tech savvy with programs such as Microsoft Office
