Position Overview

As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will support financial advisors and assist in daily administrative and client service operations. This role is highly interactive and requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare, update, and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports
  • Ensure CRM systems and client records are accurate and up to date
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating client meetings, including documentation and follow-ups
  • Support processing of investment and insurance-related paperwork while ensuring compliance standards are met
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and maintaining client marketing lists

Requirements & Attributes

  • Strong customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Experience in banking, credit unions, or insurance considered an asset
  • Post-secondary education (college/university) or equivalent experience preferred
  • Mutual fund license is an asset
