Fire Division Manager
- Full-Time | Winnipeg, MB
- $60-75,000 + bonus/KPI will bring you to $100,000 a year
- Car allowance and cell phone
- 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM occasional OT

We’re looking for a Fire Division Manager to lead, grow, and inspire our Fire Life Safety Division. This is more than just an operations role — it’s about building a winning team, driving sales growth, and shaping the future of our fire division. Commercial and homes/apartments (no single dwellings)
What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a team of technicians (6), also a coordinator, creating a positive, accountable, team-first culture.

Oversee fire alarm installations, inspections, service calls, and suppression systems.

Build strong relationships with property managers, contractors, and developers.

Drive sales by growing recurring inspection contracts and service agreements.

Manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure projects finish on time and on budget.
- Lay the foundation for a future dedicated fire sales team.
What We’re Looking For

5+ years in fire alarm systems, inspections, or related trades.

Proven leadership and people management experience.

Strong knowledge of fire codes and industry standards (CAN/ULC, NFPA, Building Codes).

Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a division like it’s your own business.

Excellent communicator who can connect with both clients and team members.
