As a Flight Travel Consultant in a customer facing retail store, you will help to plan, book, and coordinate your customers’ next amazing travel experience. You'll be working towards building your customer relationships and their satisfaction will be critical to your success in this role.

• Execute full cycle recruitment for multiple brands across the Americas.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to better understand their hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Make recommendations, provide feedback, and coach hiring managers on best practices, strategies, and techniques.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare interview schedules and issue required supporting documentation.
• Facilitate the new hire onboarding process including preparing, and extending employment agreements, offer letters, and new hire documents.
• Ensure compliance with federal, and provincial employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Experience & Qualifications:
• 1 years’ experience in travel sales
• Experience with Amadeus / Sabre GDS, advanced computer skills and confidence to learn new systems
• You have achieved your high school diploma or higher
• A track record of meeting goals and/or targets
• International travel experience
