Food Runner / Support Staff - Fully Vaccinated

Staffmax is looking for Food Runners and other Support Staff to join our client's team! Your energy and enthusiasm will be a valued part of creating an amazing fan experience and creating an inclusive team environment.

• Wage: $16.35/hr
• Job Type: Part -Time, Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Perform opening and closing duties as directed by the manager or supervisor.
• Keep food replenished on buffet lines or suites, assist servers with table maintenance, keep serving area organized and clean.
• Keep tables clear, help restock bar, and organize dishes in the dish washing area.
• Work closely with culinary team.
• Ensure you work location is always kept clean and orderly.
• Assist with room set ups including buffet stations, bar and tables.
• Become educated with all menu items and able to assist guests with questions pertaining to food allergies and sensitivities.
• Learn how to properly sort dishes and cutlery, and the racks that they belong in.
• Assist servers with clearing dishes from specific areas.
• Assist with banquet and special catered functions when required

Qualifications:

• Friendly, courteous attitude.
• Able to work all Senators home games and other events as required.
• Flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Able to work under pressure.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Must have neat appearance and be well groomed.
• Previous food and beverage experience is an asset.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
• Know and comply with all Company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and emergencies.
• Smart Serve Certification preferred
