Counterbalance Forklift Operator

Pay: $20.00–$21.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift: Flexible start time between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Hours: 8-hour shifts with the opportunity for overtime

Job summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our team. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position with a flexible start time between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. The successful candidate must be reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently

• Load and unload trucks

• Move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse

• Transport products to designated storage or shipping areas

• Perform routine forklift inspections and report any maintenance issues

• Maintain accurate inventory movement and storage practices

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift

• Valid forklift certification is preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

• Must be flexible with start times between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
