Key Responsibilities
- Frame residential homes including walls, floors, roofs, stairs, and structural components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure work is plumb, level, and square throughout all stages
- Install sheathing, beams, headers, and structural supports
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades
- Identify and correct framing issues before they progress
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential framing experience
- Experience in custom or high-end homes is an asset
- Strong knowledge of building codes and structural layout
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Own basic framing tools
