Job Overview:

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, process orders and billing, and ensure accurate data entry into our system. The ideal candidate is fluent in both French and English, detail-oriented, and experienced in customer service and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls in both French and English.
  • Process customer orders and billing transactions accurately in the system.
  • Provide product and service information while addressing customer inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or billing.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with order management systems is an asset.
