General Labour

Staffmax is looking for general laborer ASAP to fulfill the following (but not limited to) tasks at our client's worksite:

Pay rate $16 to $16.50
Duration- Temporary to permanent position.
Shifts: Monday to Firday - Moring and Afternoon
Location: Vaughan

Duties & Responsibilities:
 
Assembly of doors and frames and some mechanical skills.
use of hand tools, measuring tapes.
use of screws and operate drills and other tools.
load and unlaod material up to 50 lbs.
Collect and package materials as needed, primarily pertaining to aluminium and glass.
Assist with keeping work area clean.
Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements

Knowledge of workplace safety, safe lifting and handling procedures.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs frequently during a shift
Working knowledge of a warehouse environment, within the aluminium industry considered a strong asset.
