We are looking for General Labourers to help set up a new store for one of Canada's most iconic retailers. Starting ASAP approximately 10 Days with full time hours. If you're looking to bring in some extra money than this might be the job for you!
Where: Ottawa, ON
Wage: $20 - $22/hr
Ressponsibilities:
- Correctly and safely assemble shelving units that will store merchandise
- Help to organize the store layout
- Perform general stocking duties including storing and stocking products in/on bins, pallets, shelves and racks
- Load, unload, and move heavy, bulky products
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards (including backroom and shelves), and dispose of trash
- Follow safety policies and procedures, and encourage colleagues to do the same
- Assemble in-store displays
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand assembly instructions
- Ability to lift 50+lbs
- Ability to perform work tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching
- All workers MUST have steel-toe boots
- Hard hat / safety vest (can be provided at a cost)
