General Labour- Maintenance

Staffmax is currently recruiting for a General Labour-Maintenance position on behalf of our client in Toronto, ON. This opportunity is for an immediate start with a duration of approximately 2 months.

Key Details:

• Duration: Approximately 2 months
• Start Date: Immediate
• Working Hours: 7 am to 6 pm (early starts may be required for garbage positioning)
• Schedule: 24 hours a week, flexible over 3 days from Monday to Thursday (schedule can be discussed)
• Hourly Wage: $21.50

Responsibilities:

• Operate a tractor on-site to maneuver garbage containers into position.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on units, as well as common areas of the building and property.
• Transport garbage to and from the designated garbage room located underground.
• Conduct routine repairs, including countertops, kitchen cabinet doors (doors only), and closet doors.

Examples of additional repair tasks:

• Repair and maintain countertops in various units.
• Address issues with kitchen cabinet doors, focusing on door repairs.
• Attend to maintenance needs related to closet doors.
