General Labour/Cleaner

Staffmax is assisting our Toronto client with hiring a General Labour/ Cleaner or our client's furniture store. The candidate's main goal will be to keep our facility in a clean and orderly condition.

Location: North York, Toronto
Pay: -$15/- per hour
Time: 7am to 3:15pm or 8am to 4pm

Responsibilities Include

• Perform various cleaning actions such as sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors of various types.
• Dusting countertops and loose furniture.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures
• Refilling supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizer and paper towels.
• Emptying trash cans and recycling bins
• Liaising with the manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times.
• Notify management in case there is a need for repair or interventions
• Stock and maintain supply room
• Sanitizing high traffic areas multiple times daily
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
