We are currently seeking 4 reliable General Labourers to assist with a furniture installation project. This is a short-term opportunity for individuals who are physically fit, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Dates: Saturday, August 8 – Monday, August 10, 2026
Location - 144 bloor st w 7th floor toronto on m5s 1m4
Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Positions Available: 4

Responsibilities

• Place and move furniture throughout the worksite
• Assemble furniture and fasten components together
• Perform general cleaning and site organization
• Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as required
• Complete other general labour duties assigned by the site supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move furniture safely
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (basic drills only)
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Previous furniture assembly or general labour experience is an asset but not required

Tools & PPE

• All required tools will be provided on site.
• Steel-toe safety shoes are not required.

Additional Information

• Tool Allowance: $25 flat fee per worker
• Overtime: No planned overtime. However, 1–2 workers may be asked to stay an additional couple of hours if required.
• Parking: Paid garage parking is available on site (approximately $20–$25 per day).
