Role Summary:
  • Open due to relocation of current GM to another company location
  • Lead and deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence.
  • Execute company programs while maintaining revenue, payroll budgets, and productivity targets.
  • Foster a culture of hospitality, positive morale, and teamwork through coaching and feedback.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and social environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee operations, merchandising, and financial performance across departments to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Recruit, interview, train, and mentor venue management, ensuring succession planning.
  • Hold regular meetings with Department Managers to provide feedback, set objectives, and assess performance.
  • Address performance issues with appropriate disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Manage sales targets, staffing levels, and operational budgets to ensure profitability.
  • Share best practices across departments to enhance performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory and minimize shrinkage across all departments.
  • Investigate and resolve staff concerns proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, addressing hazards promptly.
  • Achieve operational objectives by implementing action plans, maintaining quality standards, and improving productivity.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or service industry.
  • Proven expertise in staff supervision, operations, and team leadership.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, focus on team development, and achieve financial targets.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
