Seeking Full Time Permanent Quick Service General Manager
Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is currently assisting our clients Restaurant client seeking a General Manager due to retirement.
** note we are also searching for a Manager in Winnipeg, MB**
4 years experience in an Manager role or GM in a fast paced restaurant/fast food environment
Duties:
- Managing several locations in Steinbach area
- Meeting operational expectations, budgets, expenses etc.
- HR duties including Hiring, benefits, staffing, vacation and payroll review
- Weekly sales and transaction reviews
- Maintaining high quality standards
- Serving customers as a back up during busy times
- Motivating staff members (140)
- Delegating tasks to managers and making sure they are carried out accordingly
- Ensuring smooth transition of new employees in the company
- Trustworthy, coach-able, accountable and high integrity
- Ensure good team delivery of customer service
- Some evening reviews will be required
