General Labourer

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of construction and general labour tasks, including the use of hand tools, site cleanup, material handling, and supporting skilled tradespeople. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position with consistent daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction and labour duties
• Operate and use basic hand tools safely and effectively
• Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment
• Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment
• Assist carpenters, installers, and other trades as required
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks efficiently
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or general labour
• Experience using hand tools (such as drills, saws, hammers, measuring tools, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Punctual and dependable with a positive attitude
