Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring an organized and professional HR Administrative Assistant for a 4-month contract. This position supports the Human Resources department by performing administrative duties and helping with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations tasks. Key Responsibilities: · Support HR with recruitment by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and screening resumes · Prepare onboarding documents and coordinate new hire orientations · Maintain and update employee records and HR databases · Assist in organizing training sessions and performance reviews · Help with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries · File documents, track leave balances, and generate HR reports · Provide administrative support for special projects and policy updates Requirements: · 1+ year of experience in an HR or administrative support role · Strong knowledge of HR practices, confidentiality, and data handling · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR experience in a supportive environment.
