This is a temporary opportunity while our client searches for a senior level Compensation Advisor to join
them permanently.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain multiple spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information related to company compensation programs.
  • Assisting with reconciling information into the system around job analysis, job evaluation and classification practices.
  • Coordinating with HR team members on preparation of job descriptions, validation of job titles as part of the organization’s job evaluation system.  
  • Assisting in the administration of annual compensation programs, participating in annual Salary Surveys, researching and consolidating benchmarking data and market analysis. Providing reports, analytics and metrics related to compensation. 
  • Potential to contribute to the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of organizational policies and processes relating to administration of compensation programs and alignment with performance management.

Who We Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills and an active listener
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and HRIS systems.
  • Previous experience in compensation with knowledge of performance management principles is an asset
  • Experience using ADP Workforce Now is an asset.
