Compensation and Benefits:

Must Haves:
- Minimum 5 years of Management experience
- Past experience in Plumbing, Heating, Air-conditioning HVAC a must
- Past experience in construction management a strong asset
- This role is 90% office with on-site visits happening occasionally
- Strong connections to sub trades and construction and experience within Canada at job sites a must
- Possesses a PMP, Six Sigma or business degree a strong asset, however practical on the job work experience in HVAC/Plumbing is more important
- Able to understand financial reporting
About your role:
- Continue the client relationships in networks and construction circles
- Maximize your team through excellent communication, meetings, efficiencies day to day direction
- Deliver and introduce processes and procedures to teams
- Deliver, monitor and maintain progress reports and gross profit and reporting
- Maintain clear communication with estimators, schedulers and warehouse personal
- Ensure warehouse and inventory levels, materials purchases and consumption are ready for the next build
- Monitor, maintain and ensure HSE and COR certifications are adhered to with the safety team
