HVAC Repair Call Coordinator (Customer Service)

The HVAC Repair Call Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming service requests, scheduling and dispatching technicians, and ensuring efficient communication between customers and the service team. 

Position Type: This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent placement.
Location: North York, ON
Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr
Hours: 8:30am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities

• Receive service requests from customers via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Schedule appointments based on technician availability and customer preference.
• Dispatch technicians to job sites, ensuring the right match of skills to the job requirements.
• Communicate service details, estimated arrival times, and any changes in schedule.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain and update customer information in the database.
• Generate reports on service call volumes, technician performance, and customer satisfaction.
