Staffmax Staffing is assisting one of our valued clients to hire 2 HVAC Service Technicians to join their ever-growing customer base in Winnipeg and surroundings.
Qualifications:
- Must meet at least one of the required fields - Level 1 or 2 Refrigeration or Gas fitter B or minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
- Must have demonstrated a strong of technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.
- Must have a Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
Responsibilities:
- HVAC maintenance and repairs for residential customers - ACs and Furnaces
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.
- Adhere to all safety rules.
- Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.
- Maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
- Promote Reliance Home Comfort products and services on every call.
- Wear Company provided uniform.
Compensations/Benefits:
- $32-$35/hour
- Full Benefits
Hours:
- 8AM-4:30PM (flexible)
- Monday-Friday (flexible)
