Job Types: Full-time home-based job
Salary: Commission up to 70% on gross income
Duties & Responsibilities:

Answer to customer calls in related to the flight inquiries, find the best Fares and send travel quotes or provide it over the phone..

Listen to clients’ requirements closely and provide product solutions.

Always be up to date with consolidators and airline policies with the current everyday new policy change environment.
Qualifications & Required Experience:
-
Minimum 5-year Travel Consultant sales experience
-
Minimum 3 years experience in working with GDS – Amadeus.
-
Fluent in English
-
Excellent customer service skills, especially phone etiquette
-
Strong domestic, trans-border, and international travel knowledge
-
Experience in a travel call center and ticketing department is required.

The candidate must possess strong consultative selling skills and the ability to listen to the customer’s needs
