We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hybrid Body / Prep Technician to join our team in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will support vehicle repairs, preparation, painting, disassembly/reassembly, and quality inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and mask vehicles and parts for painting.

• Perform body repairs, sanding, filling, shaping, and panel alignment.

• Complete vehicle disassembly and reassembly.

• Set up and maintain the paint booth.

• Inspect repairs and ensure quality standards are met.

• Pull, organize, and test-fit parts.

• Complete vehicle scans and update production records.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive body repair/prep experience.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
