Tech Support Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to employees in a predominantly Windows environment, manage user onboarding and offboarding, troubleshoot printer issues, and assist with password resets. This role is essential for maintaining efficient IT operations and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Location: Winnipeg, MB
Pay Rate: $18-$22/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and deploy standardized operating system images for user devices.
• Assisting users in resetting their passwords securely.
• Printer Support-Troubleshooting connectivity, paper jams, and print quality.
• User Onboard and Offboard
• Onboarding: Setting up new employees with accounts, equipment, and access.
• Offboarding: Revoking access and collecting company equipment when employees leave.
